Ag-Venture Camp - Class Registration v3.0 - Plainview Elgin Millville School District

Description:

Students will experience the wide world of agriculture in southern Minnesota! Each day will be a new Ag-Venture! Everyday students will travel to a new location that will show-case Minnesota's agriculture industry at its finest.

Possible fieldtrip locations each day include:

A southern Minnesota river to watch a trout stream shocking with the MN DNR
Whitewater State Park history tour
Tour of Peterson State Fish Hatchery
National Eagle Center in Wabasha
Kapper’s Big Red Barn where milk is bottled for consumption right on the farm
Rushford, MN cheese curd farm
Ghost Town Tour of Whitewater Valley

This camp is designed for students going into grades 7-10.

Must wear jeans and close-toed shoes!
